Dr. Hibbard is one of two principal consultants and one of the owners and co-founders of A to Z Healthcare Solutions LLC. He graduated with a BS degree from Western Michigan University and his Doctor of Pharmacy from the Idaho State University College of Pharmacy. He went on to complete both a PGY1 and a PGY2 ASHP Pharmacy Residency at CareOregon which specialized in Managed Care and Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Practice. In addition to his work with A to Z, Dr. Hibbard is an Ambulatory Care Clinical Coordinator at CareOregon, a Coordinated Care Organization in Portland, Oregon. In this role he is involved in the development and implementation of clinical pharmacy reimbursement models. Dr. Hibbard also serves as President of Beacon Health Care Solutions, a company that provides comprehensive pharmacy services in a variety of health care settings. He has been nominated for a Best in Medicine Award by The American Health Counsel. Andrew spends his free time fishing, hiking, and camping. He also enjoys traveling and experiencing different cultures around the world.
Dr. Rosko is one of two principal consultants and one of the owners and co-founders of A to Z Healthcare Solutions LLC. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh College of Pharmacy with his Doctor of Pharmacy in 2010, and earned Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy in 2013. After beginning his professional career in chain pharmacy practice and management in Oregon, he moved on to clinical practice development and implementation by starting a transitions of care service in a local disproportionate share hospital. Following the development of this service, Dr. Rosko moved on to lead a team of pharmacy residents with the mission of embedding in a local Federally Qualified Health Center's primary care practice and developing a sustainable integrated pharmacy service. Over the next 7 years, he established pathways to be reimbursed as medical providers by virtually all payors other than Medicare B, and has grown a sustainable service spanning 5 primary care service sites. Dr. Rosko continues to serve as the Director of Pharmacy and Care Teams and has worked in both his capacity as a pharmacy leader in Oregon and as a consultant with A to Z assisting a variety of practices and pharmacies throughout the US to spread his knowledge and facilitate an increase in access to medical pharmacist services.
